Please read these terms carefully before using the iRays Academy platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using iRays Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including learners, instructors, and enterprise administrators.
2. User Accounts
You must create an account to access most features of iRays Academy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Course Content & Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, text, quizzes, and assignments, is the intellectual property of iRays Teknology Pvt. Ltd. and its content partners. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
4. Certificates
Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements. Certificates represent completion of coursework and are not academic degrees. Misrepresentation of certificates or their equivalence to formal degrees is prohibited.
5. Payment & Refunds
Free courses are available at no charge. Paid subscriptions and enterprise plans are billed according to the selected plan. Refund requests for paid subscriptions must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Enterprise agreements follow the terms specified in individual contracts.
6. Modifications
iRays Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
