Getting Started
New to iRays Academy? Create a free account at irays-academy.us, browse our course catalog, and enroll in any course that interests you. Most courses are free to access, with optional certificates available upon completion. Your progress is saved automatically so you can learn at your own pace.
Account & Profile
You can update your profile information, change your password, and manage notification preferences from your account settings page. If you are having trouble logging in, try resetting your password using the "Forgot password?" link on the login page.
Courses & Certificates
Courses include video lectures, readings, quizzes, and hands-on assignments. To earn a certificate, complete all required coursework and achieve a passing grade of 70% or higher. Certificates are available for download from your learner dashboard immediately upon completion.
Enterprise & Team Plans
If your organization has an enterprise plan, contact your admin for an invitation link. Enterprise users get access to all courses, team analytics, and priority support. For enterprise billing or account questions, reach out to your dedicated account manager.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties, try clearing your browser cache, updating your browser to the latest version, or switching to a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). For persistent issues, contact our support team with a description of the problem and screenshots if possible.
