We believe education should be accessible to everyone, regardless of ability. iRays Academy strives to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. We continuously audit and improve our platform to remove barriers to learning.
Accessibility Features
Our platform includes keyboard navigation support, screen reader compatibility, high-contrast mode, resizable text, captioned video content, and descriptive alt text for images. Course materials are available in multiple formats including text transcripts for all video lectures.
Assistive Technology
iRays Academy is designed to work with popular assistive technologies including screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver), screen magnifiers, speech recognition software, and alternative input devices. We test regularly with these tools to ensure compatibility.
